فيليب Philip Rappaport فى كتابه (: A treatise on the status of woman and the Origin and
Growth of the Family and the state) ص48
يقول
If
there are any books in existence, the authors of which held women more in
contempt than the authors of the biblical scrip_tures and the writings of the
fathers of the church ,I do not know of them.
(اذا كانت هناك كتب فى الوجود يحمل
أصحابها نظرة احتقار او ازدراء للمرأة أكثر من أسفار الكتاب المقدس ومؤلفات أباء الكنيسة
فأنا لا أعرفها)
